Silver Jubilee convention Year - 2003
|
Dear Members/ well wishers,
Year 2003 is the silver
jubilee year of BAMCEF. We have completed 25 yrs successfully and are marching
towards goal of Social Revolution fixed by our forefathers Lord Buddha, Rashtra
Pita Jothiba Phule and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. This journey of 25 years, of
course was not safe. We have faced three major strokes but BAMCEF continued to
survive because of its constitutional/ structural mechanism and complete
dedication of the cadres and workers to the moral values cherished by our
forefathers and objectives of the organization.

In the past on every occasion presidents have
sabotaged the organization without adhering to the objective set by our
forefathers disregarding the principles of the organization. Late Hon. D.K.
Kaparde was exception and therefore we cherish his memory with love and
affection. It was he who told me, Mr. Waman Meshram and all the cadres that
whenever there is a conflict between a person and organization, leave a person
and remain with organization. Further if there is conflict between values and
objectives on one side and organization on other side, leave the organization
and remain with the values of the life & the objectives fixed by our
forefathers. During his life time he had established a system of chairman of the
General Body to check and control President as Chairman is not answerable to
President or CEC but to the General Body.

Mulnivasi Bahujan Samaj is
trapped in an identity crisis. They are being identified by various names such
as Sudras, Atisudras, Untouchables, Dalits, or by their caste identity. All
these identities are given to us by our enemies and are therefore detrimental to
our cause. BAMCEF is therefore committed to carve an original identity of our
own i.e. Mulniwasi Bahujan. We have decided to forge unity of 6000 castes by
social and geographical networking. So far we could unite 1000 castes. Remaining
5000 castes shall be brought under the fold of BAMCEF by 2009. |

We have decided to hold Silver
Jubilee year convention at Hyderabad in the State of Andhra Pradesh and boost
our activities in entire South India. It is the responsibility of all the
cadres, workers and well-wishers of BAMCEF to crush this monster in this Silver
Jubilee year and establish superiority of organization. It would be a greatest
tribute to our forefathers and Late Hon. D. K. Khaparde who had shed his life
for this organization. All cadres/ workers and well-wishers are requested to
make 20th National Convention a grand success by contributing their time, talent
and money.
