The basic purpose of organizing this convention it to spread one message in the entire India. Today there is conflict between two ideologies, one is brahminical ideology and other is Phule-Ambedkarite ideology. But our people are not in a position to analyse both ideologies and accept one which will develop them or liberate them. Hence presidential address has its own role in any session, so that right message is pass on to the delegates.
Two types of food or input is necessary for every man. One is that for stomach and other for mind. If we are taking food only for our stomach and not for mind then we will be equivalent to animals. Arya Brahmins made us animal first then treat us a animals. After the arrival of britishers in India the path of education was opened for Rashtrapita Jotiba Phuley and Dr. Ambedkar and after that our people realized that they were humans and not animals. Unless and until our people get food for their mind they cannot liberate themselves from any type of slavery.
If many of high caste people are doing scavenging work in foreign then in India also many of the high caste people are doing the business of selling shoes. But by doing such type of work the high caste people will not be degraded. In India even the flith had been made a business through sulabh international by a baniya Bindeshwar Pathak. But by doing this he doesn’t become scavenger. In the entire India only castes within scheduled caste are doing the scavenging work. Because arya Brahmins had put them in the lowest of the social order which they had prepared.
In Punjab, out of 20 lakhs scavenging caste people only 20 thousand people are doing scavenging work. But due to 20 thousand people, 20 lakh people are looked as a degraded caste. So we will have to analyse the things and will have to think on this. Because if a Brahmin is doing scavenging work, then he doesn’t become scavenger, he still remains as a Brahmin. Nobody can point out to him as a scavenger or charmar. But if we are not doing scavenging work, but still we are looked as a bhangi by others.
The minority arya Brahmins are well awarded that these indigineous majority people cannot be made physical slaves, hence they are controlling our brains. Our brothern don’t feel that this is degraded work but they enjoy the work. Dr. Ambedkar is well aware of our society, hence he pointed out that if we have to change any person, group or society, then we will have to change his ideas first. Because ideas rule the world. This means that if we have to stop our brothers and sisters from working and cleaning others houses then our first aim should be to change their ideas. Valmiki caste people are facing thousand of problems but the major problem is that of mental. And if he is not make awared then he will continue helping his enemy and will remain slave. We are not able to decide our priority and we move towards failure before we start. This is where the organization come into picture. In organization priorities plays a vital role. If anybody ask to Brahmin to decide priority among god and varna system, then he will give importance to varna system. God has no importance for a Brahmin. Brahmin is well aware that if he can rule on us through varna system then what is the need of god for him. Hence if we have to liberate ourselves then we will have to target varna system first. If we have to succeed, then will have to democrate our enemy or will have to find its weakest link and will have to target it first. God is the strongest link of Brahmins, hence we should not target it, otherwise we will be a loser. If we will target god first then it will revert back and instead of joining Valmiki Caste people with you, they will join arya Brahmins. Speaking on the topic of God, Siddharath Gautam Baudha said that it is not the topic of discussion because in this world there is sorrow and there are ways to solve the problems so we will have to work on this and not discuss on god. Buddha is the most intellectual person in this world and if he saying this then definitely we will have to rethink on this.
