There are thousands of problems of scavenging castes we will to decide the priority to these problems and all the problems has to be listed serially. Problems which are of most importance should be listed first and then depending on importance rest of the problems should be categorized.
The first and foremost problem of scavenging castes is that of dependancy on others. We always think that we ourselves can’t solve any problem and this was the major cause of the backwardness of Valmiki caste people. And still after 54 years of independance we are where we were. Now we are thinking that we should be able to solve our own problems. We will have to be self dependant. To become self dependant we will have declare ourselves as unfit (Nalayak). Hence our first priority should be to be come fit. To solve any problem strength and power is of utmost important. We will be able to know or realize our strength and power, when we will become self dependant and will organize for common objective.
The first and foremost work to be done is it to make aware the society their slavery and then we should we should get organize. For liberating Valmiki Castes, their mental slavery will have to be liberated first. Mental slavery is the outcome of ideology. Most of our intellectuals discuss and debate on problems, but nobody even thinks of solutions to them. This mental slavery and dependant ideology is the outcome of brahminism. Brahminical ideology is shapeless or unembodied. It cannot be destroyed by knife or sword. It can only be replaced by another ideology. But basic problem is that our people can’t analyse mental slavery. They don’t have diagonisis for the same. Otherwise the medicine for their problems is already available from years. And that medicine is given by our fore-fathers. For patients, medicine is available but it is not reaching to the patients. The medicine is of Phuley-Ambedkarite ideology. Now its duty of intellectuals to take this medicine to the patients.
Dr. Ambedkar had put the provision of reservation in the constitution so that our society gets represented in each and every field. But our people can’t analyse the basic purpose of reservation and they stand against it. There is one more problem of our so called intellectuals, they want to give a long elaborate speech but they don’t want to listen to others. By saying their words they take leave of the conventions and programmes. That’s why I always say that our society is not well prepared. The basic requirement to teach others is to listen more and more and analyse the things. Then only slowly we can become able to say something to others. Our intellectuals have no power of forecasting the things. What will be outcome or result of saying infront of audience? Will the mentality of the audience get mould by his speech? He should forecast.
Our society is the demanding society. We will have to make them giving society. For making them giving society, strength has to materialized. Using the strength and power, organization has to be formed.
Arya Brahmins are playing another conspiracy of dividing the scheduled caste people into various categories. By this our strength will get divided and we will be in the minority. Dr. Ambedkar had included all the oppressed caste under one name of scheduled caste, to make strength but arya Brahmins wants to divide the strength. This conspiracies are prominent in Andhra Pradesh. Hence our aim should be to analyse the things properly and expose the conspiracies and make the strength. The caste in minority can only do the thing of demanding but society of majority can rule the country and be in giving position.
