Upto 2009, 5 crore people well get signatured on the anti
reservation policies of govt. against SC/ ST/ OBC - Mr. Waman Meshram
The first rally of Mulnivasi Employees
Welfare Federation on 22 points against governments anti-reservation policies for SC/ST /OBC was held
at Ramlila Ground, New Delhi on 7th April
2002. Delegates from 325 Districts of26 states represented in the rally. The rally program was started at around
4-30 P.M. Delegates from various states put their views on the Govt.'s anti-reservation policy and the
spread of network of Mulnivasi Employees Welfare Federation in their respective areas. The program
was concluded with the speech of Mr. Waman Meshram, National President of
BAMCEF. He said that the first phase program of the Mulnivasi Employees Welfare Federation has completed today
and the next phase will start from 14th April 2002 on the eve of Dr. Ambedkar's Birth Celebration and
this phase will last upto2009. This phase will include the signature campaign, protest,
demonstration and rally campaign till 2009. Upto 2003 the campaign will include
signatures of 50 lakh people. Every year upto April month the campaign of protest and demonstration will continue
and the period
of 14th April to 29th November will include signature campaign. Upto 2004 in all signatures of 1 crore
people will be taken and in 2005 1.5 crore, in 2006 2 crore, in 2007 3 crore, in 2008 4 crore and in
2009 5 crore people will be signatured and the copy of the same will be send to the Hon. President every
year.
