State conventions are part of BAMCEF's national level networking program, in which 550 Districts, 5 thousand Tahsils, 50 thousand blocks and 6 lakh villages are included. In this context Delhi State conventions are being regularised and organised every year. This year the convention was organised in central Delhi.

If we see the history of BAMCEF, then it is noticed that the organisational network was not so strong in Delhi. Keeping this in mind, special ideological strategies were planned to establish and make the organisation strong. A broad based program has been made to achieve this task. Special cadres are put for this task. These strategies inturn are resulting into a better organisational setup in Delhi and in coming time its roots will be strengthened more.

To establish and spread organisational network, every office and other organisation employees are being contacted and special programmes are chalked out to have proper communication with them. This plan has been implemented throughout Delhi. In trans Yumuna zone people of 85% concept, mostly from UP and Bihar are residing. Rather they are compeled to reside in this area. Hence strategy had been planned to give more emphasis on this area. Two months before the national convention special group meetings, campaign issues and other programs will be carried out on regular basis. Not only this but one control room will be established in this zone so that programs on daily basis can be organised these all program will be carried out to strengthen roots of BAMCEF in this area.

Delhi’s state convention is not only part of strengthening and spreading the network but also a part of preparation of national convention. The preparation for this will start right from this month, so that atleast 2 thousand people from Delhi will participate in this convention. This participation will only lead to the spread of network and success of national convention.
