Last year in the month of December BAMCEF’s 17th National convention was over with grand success. BAMCEF cadres are well aware of the importance of national convention in strengthening the organisation and its network. Hence preparations were done from almost three months to make it success. The efforts for this resulted in not only physical but mental pain. And that too the brain storming sessions on all the four days in the severe cold makes one tired and it was but usual. Almost upto 15th January all delegates relaxed themselves. The relaxation period is basically to concentrate new energy. Hence after getting this new energy all BAMCEF cadres should start the work/programs with new dynamic enthusiasm for new year.

BAMCEF organisation had started its 10 years organisational building and development plan right from year 2000. In this wide spread development program strategy is made to spread network in 500 district and 5000 tahsil (Taluka) places. Based on the successful development of the organisation, the success of objectives set is dependent. Hence these programs are of prime importance for us. Hence every individual cadre shall start work with new energy in his/surrounding area wth full confidence and energy. By doing this, our aim is going to achieve.

In the Patna convention the network of BAMCEF was spread in 110 districts. India is divided into 583 districts. But we had made up our mind to spread network in atleast 500 districts. In Lucknow convention total 191 districts were participated. First we planned for network in 250 districts but then we restricted it to 210 districts only and we were successful in making participation from 191 districts. This was a grand success. This year we had planned to increase the network in atleast 300 districts. To achieve this goal every individual has to play his active role.

Spreading the network only upto districts level will not achieve the desired objective for the same the network must reach upto village level. For spreading network upto village level it should first reach to Tahsil level. Upto 2003 BAMCEF network will reach upto 2000 Tahsil places. This will help in targeting the villages. In the silver jubilee function of BAMCEF in 2003, there must be participation of 2000 Tahsil Places. Hence BAMCEF cadres will have to plan and act accordingly.

The success of any objective is not achieved by keeping it in mind only. To achieve success, every effort should be well planned. This strategical planning can be distributed in three parts.
1. Normal efforts: which has to be done by every delegate at his personal level.
2. Special efforts: These efforts are to done at state level keeping in mind the ultimate objective. Different states can have different objectives keeping in mind the developments in their respective states.
Central efforts:This will have to be done at central level. These types of efforts will definitely help in achieving our ultimate objective. This program is of prime importance after the successful completion of national convention of Lucknow.
