Speaking on the topic Mr.Ram Gopal Azad said that many of our employees are handling small scale industries. But today they are nowhere due to introduction of multi national companies(MNC’s). Though our people are related to production but they are kept away from production. And nobody is standing against it. Liberalisation, Globalisation and Privatisation(LPG) was introduced 15 to 20 year back. At that time the Indian small scale industries were not facing that much threat, which they are facing today. Today it had became worst. Future generations will be affected more.
LPG was introduced in India in the name of improving economic conditions. That means that our economic system was going in wrong direction before implementation of LPG. But who were responsible for taking economic system in wrong direction? Where were the so called meritorious high class people?
Today unemployment development is growing faster than anything. Again curtailment of employees are going on in each and every sector through Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS), Compulsory Retirement Scheme (CRS) and through others means. There is no new recruitments. Why all these things are happening at one time? Why the employment agencies are acting as per the directives of rulling caste, businessmen’s? Few days back prime minister said that young generation should not expect any appointment from government. Rather they should try for self-employment. Today conspiracy is being made in selling most profitable companies to the people who are protecting brahmanism, as none of the indigenous bahujan mass has so much of money.
Previously govt. was saying that only those companies which are in loss will be sold, but now they are selling even most profitable companies. Not only this they had made a list of companies which are to be privatised and disinvest through disinvestments commission. Balco is current example for this. In Balco most of the employees are scheduled tribes. This conspiracy is nothing but to make most of the scheduled tribe people jobless. There is no job security now in any sector. In new sectors no labour laws are implemented. So the indigenous people are left with no options than standing against this move and making the indigenous mass aware of the conspiracy the arya brahmins are playing.
