“Astrology is a tool of Arya Brahmins to fool the indigenous people of India and make them slave” -Mr. M.L. Sahare, Ex-UPSC Chairman, Delhi

Inaugurating the convention, Mr. M.L. Sahare (Ex Chairman, UPSC-1979-1985) said that Aurangabad city is famous and have historical background due to the efforts taken by Milind group of institutions for the last 50 years. Milind group was founded by none other than Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
BAMCEF’S efforts in creating awareness among indigenous mass is really appreciable. The powerful press media wing, Mulnivasi Publication Trust is a thought broking step which gives articles and direction in which we should work. Mulnivasi Bahujan Bharat almost covers the major burning topics, still I would like to throw some light on some important topics. Dr. Ambedkar had said counter-revolutionary period had started. After revival of brahminical order in our country, it is now taking an ugly shape. If we are not prepared for launching a revolutionary movement in various areas our future will be dark. This movement is for our own liberation and liberation of our motherland from Aryan invaders.
Saffronisation is one of the burning issue. There is a very systematic attempt going on in saffronising various councils, national institutes like Indian council of historical research, council of social science and research, film industry, school colleges etc. It is duty of every indigenous to see the danger of aggression of brahminical culture on our old culture and civilisation ,(Harappa, Mohen-jo-dara)
Few days back Mr. Murli Manohar Joshi put a proposal to introduce astrology as a course of study at the university level. I was expecting a roar of laughter not only in India but abroad will go of but to my surprise 24 universities in India accepted the proposal. Not a single national newspaper or magazines had written a single line against the proposal. No administrative or legislative authority stand against it. To hide the conspiracy, Mr. Joshi gave it the name of vedantic astrology. Astrology is nothing but a tool to fool the indigenous. No power is attached with any type of astrology, if so why not a single calamity was predicted by the astrologers. May it be partition of India, cyclone of orissa or earthquake in Gujarat nothing was predicted. Stars tells us nothing. Astronomy is the study of stars and its movement and nothing else. Astrology is the superstition . One more conspiracy is going on to fool the indigenous by calling astrology as science and typically naming it as Jotir-Vigyan.
Another issue is of unconstitutional review of constitution. Right from the beginning BJP and RSS is against the representative constitution as it against their Manu’s constitution. Right from 1951 they are non-implementing the constitution. Even our president Hon. K. Narayanan warned on 26th Jan 2000 that whether it is constitution that had failed us or we had failed the constitution. The prime minister was listening these words with his eyes closed. Govt. is not the custodian of the constitution, parliament is the custodian of constitution, so can this review commission be called as national commission?
K. Venkaitchaillya had not been appointed with the sanction of parliament. The commission had been set up by the cabinet and parliament and supreme authority had only being informed. Constitution is the property of every citizen of India. Hence it is not the national commission.
The review commission is going to unsettled the things once settled. RSS is trying to include brahminical agenda in the constitution. Knowledge or Vidya was far away for the indigenous in our past. Because shastras kept away the indigenous mass from knowledge or education. Only the brahmins head the monopoly with all others in darkness. It is the shastras that has to be reviewed and not the representative constitution. Caste has ruined the hindus, the reorganisation of the Hindu society on the basis of chaturvarna is impossible because of the varna system. It is like a leaky pot or like a man running at the node. It is incapable of sustaining itself by its own virtue and has an inherent tendency to degenerate into the caste system unless there is a legal sanction behind it. Reorganisation of the system on the basis of chaturvarna is harmful because effects of varna system is to degrade the masses by denying them opportunity to acquire knowledge and to emasculate them by denying them right to be armed. The society is to be reorganised on the basis of liberty, equality and fraternity, which are the principles given by Buddha and our constitution.
Conspiracy was also done by Arya-brahmins in non-implementing the reservation policy in services. Reservation had taken its roots in 1962, though constitution was implemented in 1950. In banking services reservation policy came into action only after its nationalisation. There is no reservation in judiciary and private sectors. By reserving the posts to general category, is the monopoly of upper castes at the higher level of management. There is no reservation in appointment of trustees who are primarily responsible for determination of policies in several autonomous, statutory bodies such as Bombay port trust, unit trust of India etc. Several minorities educational institutions are not implementing reservation policies.
By increasing 2 years of retirement age by BJP, the problem of unemployment had reached to its peak. Till 1990 article 340 of the constitution which deals with OBC, remained a dead letter due to the anti OBC policies by the central government. This was one of the reason for resignation of Dr. Ambedkar from Nehru cabinet, when he was first law minister of independent India. It is also important to know that the reservation policy is not enforced in all the state institutes, such as defence department, which is the largest employer in the country. The industrial policy measures from 1991 has damaged the public sector most. This has reduced the areas reserved for public sectors. Economic reforms, liberalisation, globalisation, privatisation measures itself reminds on the spirit of competitiveness , profit mechanism and least government control. In such scenario, the reservation policy is bound to wiped out. The rate of growth of employment in the organised sector brought from more then 1.7% per annum (1980 rate) to 1.2% per annum (1992 rate) and to 0.6% in 1992-93. Creation of jobs in the public sector fall from 11 million in the last 4 years to 6.2 million whereas in private sector there is rise in employment from 2.49 million to 2.80 million. As per central govt. establishment there were 4.3 million jobs on march 1st 1991, which enters next year 4.14 millions, but in next two years it came down to 3.97 million and 3.68 million resp.
The topic of representation of various deprived sections of Indian society on the basis of caste race, women, backward in the judiciary is hotly debated among the courts specially after the note of president of India Hon. K.R. Narayanan in the matter of employment of judges in the apex court. The supreme court in 1999 was without a single SC/ST judge. Out of 400 judges in 18 High courts only 13 were SC/ST’S. Out of 18 high courts in the country 12 high courts are without single SC/ST representative, 12 are without single judge of OBC and in 18 high courts the representation of ST judges is 7 and of women 15 which gives under representation. This scenario led Hon K.R.Narayanan to observe that a seat of judge is neither inheritable nor matter of patronage. Past record shows that merit was not at all factor while appointing judges but other factors played important role. But to stop entry of SC/ST/OBC judges in the apex court, slogan of merit is propagated. The fact that South Indian states (where more than 50 percent reservation is implemented) are well administered than north Indian States.
Alternatives for indirect elections are searched out by rulling castes these days, to stop elections of real representatives to the parliament. President Hon. K.R. Narayanan also pointed out in his 26th Jan. 2001 speech about the indirect elections. It may be recalled that in Pakistan field Marshal Ayub Khan had introduced an system of indirect elections and experimented what he called as basic democracy or guided democracy. Dr. Ambedkar had stressed the vital importance of one vote one value in the democratic system of our country. This is the conspiracy of arya brahmins to keep away majority indigenous from voting so that the real representatives do not reach the assemblies and parliament. It’s a very dangerous game.
The work undertaken by BAMCEF to unite all 85% deprived castes is really appreciable. It is the need of time also as we don’t have any Tata Birla’s or so. Our strength is only our weapon to become rulling castes of this country.
