BAMCEF had made its two-point program to achieve the goal of social change. First is to increase the network to the grass root level and the other one is to fulfill the commitment to provide cheap literature through its publication wing.-“Mulnivasi Publication Trust”. For the growth and development of BAMCEF, every year State conventions are organised in various different parts of the states. These conventions play an active role in network building and development of BAMCEF. To fulfill the above said objective 15th Maharashtra State Convention was organised at Aurangabad which lies in the Marathwada region. The convention was organised on 26th and 27th May 2001. Aurangabad city is famous for People’s Education Society(P.E.S.) which was formed by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. His vision behind forming P.E.S. was to create students as Milind and Teachers as Nagsen. But for last few days, much ideological confusion is noticed in this region.

Babasaheb’s followers could not carry carvan of social movement which he dreamed. There are some people who tell themselves as fully follower of Babasaheb and day and night they are propagating Babasaheb, Babasaheb and Babasaheb. But though they are knowing all the facts still they act as totally unaware person and indirectly become a tool of brahaminism. They even feel proud of breaking the society. To demolish Brahminism Babasaheb initiated to demolish casteism, regionalism and languagism first. Casteism, regionalism and languagism is a tool of arya brahmins to establish their disproportionate irregular System. This tool is utilised by the arya Brahmins against the Ambedkarite ideology which speaks of equality, liberty and fraternity. Among the tools the regionalism was used by some of the so called Ambedkarites of Marathwada region which is an obstacle in forming the society as per vision of Dr. Ambedkar. Keeping in mind the above views, BAMCEF had chalked out one year special consideration program for Marathwada region and implemented it, which resulted in participation of all those delegates who were in confusion. We are of the strong opinion that Phuley-Ambedkarite ideology is the only tool against bramanical ideology.

Some of the selfish culprits were spreading the ideological confusion, specially in the name of regionalism in Marathwada region. But the confusion is decreasing day by day due to continuous work of BAMCEF’s goal oriented awareness. Because people can’t be make fool for a longer time. The real culprit in this is the man who is originating the confusion and operating it or directing it. He is in a hurry to fit as many jewels in his crown. But due to the special consideration campaign of Marathwada region, this confusion had decreased to a lot extent.

Under operation Marathwada, an zonal conference and awakening camp was organised at Aurangabad on 4th March 2001. The message of the campaign was spread in every nook and corner of Aurangabad which resulted in participation of all the old caders who were in confusion. All the old caders were impressed in seeing the program management, growing awareness among caders in choosing right subjects for debates and discussions and dedication of new caders. They reacted that after going to home they will rethink and will act positively. They were of the view that BAMCEF is marching ahead in achieving its objective of social change only due to the leadership in proper hand. This reaction will definitely play an important role in coming days.

There were so many UP’s & down’s in the growth of BAMCEF, but still it is marching ahead and ahead towards its objective. The convention was a grand success. Mainly all the old caders reacted that the participation of new and young generation in BAMCEF had increased their moral and will now start working with all the new guys and achieve the BAMCEF’s ultimate objective.
