Speaking
on the topic Mr. Waman Meshram, National President, BAMCEF
told that the topic for discussion is a serious matter and
needs through analysis. The topic was also discussed in the
national convention at Ramlila Ground, New Delhi, for which
pamphlets were distributed throughout India for three months.
During this propagation one of the OBC activist, after reading
the subjects of the convention was really surprised and was of
the opinion that all other topics are O.K., but the topic
“Independence movement was not the movement of Independence,
but the movement of establishing the Aryan supremacy” is not
correct. To know more about the topic the activist came to
Delhi and listen carefully my speech for more than a hour.
After hearing my speech he joined me behind the stage and
offer me thanks. He told that I was of the opinion that I will
not be in a position to prove the designed topic. I was
thinking that the Independence movement was proud to me as
India got Independence from britishers and every Indian should
be proud of it, but after listening to your speech, I found
myself wrong. I was thinking that I had got independence, but
now I had got clarified that I am slave of arya Brahmins.
Besides
his thanks, I was not happy, because our enemy had changed the
thinking of our people to such an extent that our people had
made up their mind that they are not slaves. Our enemy had
changed the thinking of our people as per their interest to
retain the supremacy.
After 54 years of independence the planning commission
is saying that 60 crore people of India are living below
poverty line. Have you ever given thought, who these 60 crore
people are? Planning commission
has not mentioned in the report, to which caste these
60 crore people represents. These people belongs to SC/ST/OBC
and converted minorities.
Now
there is another development. Today 20 crore 85 lakh people
are living below starvation line. The word starvation is not
cleared to intellectuals, nothing to say of our common people.
Our intellectuals thinks that, it might be a name of any
disease. But it is not the same. Starvation, means, the people
who didn’t get enough calories required for a human body.
When a person will get sufficient calories? He can get it if
he takes daily food. But 20 crore 85 lakh people are not
getting even one time meal. This is the situation of our
people after 54 years of independence. The britishers were
also not such cruel to indigenous, as the arya Brahmins are.
At the time of independence, when britishers were leaving
India, there were 18 crore people who were living below
poverty line. But after 54 years of Independence the figure
had not reduced to 17 crore but had increased substantially to
60 crore and also 20 crore 85 lakh people are forced to live
below starvation line. After 54 years of independence the
poverty line had not reduced but one more line had been
introduced and that is the starvation line. For the last 54
years, the ruling castes were propagating that we had got
liberated from britishers. But if the ruling castes had forced
20 crore 85 lakh indigenous to live below starvation line,
then is it a real independence?
You must have seen on the TV, who these 20 crore 85
lakh people are? The adivasis (Tribals) of Medghat of
Maharashtra State are our people. The tribals of Kalahandi of
Orissa State are our people. On these deaths, Atal Bihari
Vajpayee and Advani issued a statement that the cause of death
of these people is due to eating poisonous seeds. But will
Advani or Atal Bihari reply, why these people were forced to
eat the poisonous seeds? They were forced to do such activity,
as they were not getting wheat, rice to prepare their food.
What the other alternative they were having? Is there shortage
of wheat, rice and other ingredients in our country? No, it is
not. The Punjab State alone can supply wheat to entire India,
throughout the year. The wheat is produced in excess and Govt.
is not purchasing it. It is getting rotten in the Godowns. But
our people are not getting it. Why they are not getting it?
Because they don’t have money to buy it. As they don’t
have money to buy wheat, rice, they are not preparing food and
hence are facing starvation.
UP
Govt. has passed one order in which they had given 5 thousand
grant to those people, who are not able to do marriage of
their son/daughter. What does this represents? This represents
that those people who were poor before independence, were in a
position to do marriage of their son/daughter proudly, but
after 54 years of independence, those poor are not in a
position to do marriages of their son/daughter.
Once
I was invited to attend the group marriage program in Gujarat.
I refused the invitation. I was asked the reason. For them I
replied that, group marriage is the outcome of strategies and
conspiracies played by our enemies. Then why to propagate the
enemy's conspiracies. Because if we are propagating our
enemies' strategies, then we are strengthening its roots, so I
will not attend the program. We are forced to live like this
after 54 years of independence. If this situation is
pertaining till date, then are we really independent?
There
are almost 126 MP’s belonging to SC/ST and almost one
thousand fifty are MLA’s belonging to these castes. Besides
this figure, none of the MP/MLA open their mouth in the
parliament/legislature. They open their mouth only for yawing.
They can’t speak of their own, also they are having party
whip, of their high command. Though there is liberty of speech
to every individual in the constitution, still 126 MP’s and
1050 MLA’s are slaves of the ruling caste.
The
nature had given us voice to speak, if we are not utilizing
it, then it will be called as slavery. Why did we elect
MP’s/MLA’s? We elect them to raise our voice in the
parliament / legislature. But they themselves are slaves of
ruling caste, then how they will raise our voice. If by any
chance, any of the SC/ST MP speaks against the party high
command, then he is removed even from primary membership of
the party. There is the live example of Mr. Hiralal Parmar of
Gujarat. In 1982, there was anti reservation movement. Houses
of our people were burnt. Even the house of MP Hiralal Parmar
was also burnt. Hiralal Parmar was then congress MP. Hiralal
Parmar collected all the relevant information of the riots and
went to Delhi to meet Mrs. Indira Gandhi. Indira Gandhi
welcomed Mr. Hiralal Parmar. He told Mrs. Gandhi that in the
forth-coming session he would like to highlight the issue of
riots & also he had brought all the relevant information
and photographs with him. To this Mrs. Indira Gandhi replied
that she is with the people, who were targeted in the riots,
but I can’t decide, who will speak and who will not, in the
parliament. This decision is taken by party high command. All
the world was knowing that Mrs. Indira Gandhi was the whole
& sole of congress party. Not only this but the print
media, during these days was propagating that in the Indira
Gandhi Govt., there is only one male and all other females.
And that male was Mrs. Indira Gandhi. Besides this fact, Mrs.
Gandhi told that she can’t decide on the issue, who can
speak and who can’t in the parliament. Mrs. Gandhi was of
the opinion that Mr. Parmar should not speak in the
parliament. When the session was started, Mrs. Gandhi told
another MP to throw some light on the Gujarat issue. When that
MP started saying something on riots, Mr. Hiralal Parmar
obstructed him and said that I belong to Gujarat State; hence,
I will be in a good position to explain about the riots and
nobody else. Hence, I should get a chance to speak. The
loksabha speaker said that your party had not represented you
to speak, hence you can’t speak. Hiralal Parmarji went right
at the speaker seat and tried to force him to give him a
chance. When he was saying this, two MP’s of congress went
to Parmarji and one of the MP hold him and the second M.P.
Professor Shailani (U.P.) pushed Mr. Parmarji forcefully and
made him to take his chair. Seeing all these activities one of
SC MP from UP. asked Prof. Shailani that you belong to
scheduled caste, Mr. Parmarji is also SC and the matter, which
Mr. Parmarji had highlighted, also belongs to scheduled caste,
then why you are opposing the issue and forcing Parmarji to
take his Chair. To this Prof. Shailani replied back that, what
he was telling? He was not forcing Parmarji to take his chair,
but I am fixing my ticket for next election. When I am pushing
Parmarji, my party high command is watching me. So now, there
is competition to get ticket of next election and all SC/ST
MPs are busy in it. Hence, they open their mouth only for
yawing. The person who will betray more and more will top in
the list. The most betrayal will get the first ticket. Hiralal
Parmarji throws away all the photographs and information,
which he collected from village to village, visit. After this,
Hiralal Parmarji was removed from the party. He was also not
offered the primary membership when I went to Gujarat, I meet
Mr. Parmar. Now he is again back in congress.
One can imagine, the persons who had made our
representatives slave, what they will be doing with the
indigenous people. Snatching the liberty of speech is nothing
but a slavery. Speaking is the fundamental right given by the
constitution. Dr. Ambedkar had given us the right and put in
the chapter of fundamental right of the constitution to
safeguard our rights. But our fundamental rights are not
offered to us.
Dr. Ambedkar convinced Britishers for safeguarding our
rights and put forward the provision of separate electorate.
What this separate electorate was? In the separate electorate
system, only SC/ST candidate can contest the election in the
areas meant for SC/ST and also only SC/ST people were allowed
to vote the candidates in these areas. But SC/ST people were
kept right less and they were declared as
"Untouchables" and tribals were forced to live in
forests. Then how other people will gave them vote? Hence, Dr.
Ambedkar received the right of separate electorate. But
Gandhiji was watching all these developments and became
mentally upset, as he thought that with separate electorate
the untouchable will get right to enter the parliament and
influence the supremacy of Arya Brahmins and also will
influence the rule and administration. Gandhiji thought, it
will be dangerous for the ruling caste and to stop the
untouchables from getting any right, he sat on fast unto death
and made the Poona Pact. The Poona Pact created stooges in our
society and father of these stooges is Mr. Mohanlal Karamchand
Gandhi. These stooges were projected as leaders of SC/ST/OBC.
In the separate electorate, Gandhiji made these stooges as
contestants. But these candidates are not the real
representatives of the untouchables. Because the untouchables
for whom the separate electorate was made, they had not
entrusted on these candidates and also not voted for them. But
these stooges take the name of SC/ST people. These SC ST
candidates are not ours, as their father is different
(M.K. Gandhi). The date of birth of these stooges was
24th September 1932 under the Poona Pact and the place were
they were born was a jail, called Yerwada jail. These stooges
had strengthened the roots of Aryan Supremacy. And after
increasing their strength, our enemy is doing atrocities on
our society. Our people strengthen the roots of our enemies
and in turn they (our enemy) do riots / atrocities on us. This
is the result of Poona Pact.
Today
there are varieties of stooges. Some are big, some middlemen
and some are of low quality. The strengths of stooges had
increased significantly after independence. They are
strengthening our enemy. Our enemy had deteriorated the
character of our representatives, which made them easy to make
these stooges slaves.
The
second development due to this Poona Pact and the fast unto
death of Gandhiji was that, it created a national mandate
against the reservation, for which the credit goes to Mohandas
Karamchand Gandhi. If Gandhiji could not hare done the fast
this national anti reservation feeling could not have created.
Hence, I call Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi as the founder of
anti-reservation movement. Gandhiji was Bania and Banias are
miser. But I am not miser, so I will not do miserly.
Once
in 1984 I was in Gujarat. Before that in 1982, there were many
anti-reservation movements. In one of the programme in 1984,
we invited one professor of M.Sc. He asked me why the anti
reservation movement in 1982 was initiated from the statue of
M. K. Gandhi. He told that we are convinced that Gandhiji had
given us reservation if it is so then, why the
anti-reservation movement was started from Gandhiji's statue.
I told the professor that we are foolish people (instead of
saying he was foolish). We don't know our history. The people
who are sitting infront of Gandhiji's statue knows their
history well. Gandhiji was the founder of anti-reservation
movement. As they are aware of their history they are starting
the anti-reservation movement from the statue of its founder,
but our foolish people don't know the history. Gandhiji had
given us reservation movement from the statue of its founder.
But our foolish people don't know the history. Gandhiji had
given us reservation is a fallacy. We got the reservation
right only due to the independent movement run by Dr.
Ambedkar; Gandhiji had not given us nothing. Instead, he sat
on fast unto death not to get reservation to the untouchables.
Gandhiji in his life span had done fast four times but not a
single fast was done to protect reservation.
Dr,
Ambedkar received the right of "Dual Voting " to our
people. By this, we were able to vote twice. First, we were
able to vote our people (real representatives) and then in
second turn, we were voting the high caste people. So, the
high caste people will have to come to us to take vote, which
means that they were totally dependant on our votes, but we
were not dependant on high caste vote. Dr. Ambedkar's thinking
behind giving dual vote system was that if the high caste
people are dependant on our votes and when they will come to
us for vote, then we could have ask them to destroy the
slavery/untouchability etc. Also, they had forced tribal to
live in the forests. So due to dependability, they will have
to solve our problems. And we could have in a position to tell
them to abolish untouchability first and then ask for vote.
This dual voting system could have help to abolish
untouchability. But Gandhiji stood against the dual voting
system by this Gandhiji closed the door to abolish
untouchability. And for the same Gandhi and none else are
responsible.
The
world propagates that Gandhiji was the messiah, who abolished
untouchability. But the fact is that still today
untouchability is existing only due to Gandhiji. In 1974
Justice Krishna Iyyer were the justice of Supreme Court. In
one of the judgment he gave the decision that America had
abolished the slavery in their state, also Rome followed the
same path. India too should abolish the untouchability. But
the fact is that, they had abolished the word untouchability
only on paper, but in practicality, it still exists. India had
abolished the word untouchability but not in practice. A
Supreme Court justice in his judgments has written this in
1974. That means after 20-25 years of independence and
justices the authorized authority. So, none other example is
required. This proves beyond doubt that still untouchability
is existing in the independent INDIA. World's worst type of
slavery, still exists in India. And for this Gandhiji is
responsible. This also proves that the independent movement
run by Gandhiji was not for the independence of indigenous.
But the independence of arya-bramhins. Dr. Ambedkar's
independent movement was for the independence of indigenous
bahujans. There was conflict between two leaders. Gandhiji was
trying to liberate his people where as Dr. Ambedkar was trying
to liberate the indigenous Bahujans. Gandhiji made the
indigenous bahujans slave and liberated his people. Hence, Dr,
Ambedkar in one of the editorial quoted that "The people
who were not listening in slavery will have to accept their
kicks in independence." Dr. Ambedkar did not participated
in the independence movement, because it was the movement of
arya Brahmans and not of indigenous bahujans.
Gandhiji
abolished the right of dual voting system by Poona Pact. Then
Dr. Ambedkar put forward second alternative of separate
settlement. In the separate settlement programme, actually two
types of people are living in the village. They are touchable
and untouchables. If suppose there are only untouchable people
in a village, then there will be nobody who will observe
untouchability. Because for observing untouchability the
touchable people should also reside inside the village. A
village were only untouchables are residing will not observe
untouchability among themselves. So, in the separate
settlement system, Dr. Ambedkar proposed to establish new
villages of untouchables and none of the touchable people will
be residing in these villages. This system if could have
followed the untouchability could have abolished just after
independence. Also, in this system the untouchable were
allowed to plough the land available in the village. So they
would have become independent. Separate commissions will be
constituted to look after the upliftment of these
untouchables. Dr. Ambedkar got this scheme passed by the
Britishers. This scheme was very soon going to be implemented,
but suddenly Britishers announced that they are willing to
leave this country. Dr. Ambedkar asked
Britishers about the separate settlement scheme. But
Britishers replied that now this scheme will be passed on to
the next rulers. Dr. Ambedkar realised that the people who had
made the indigenous slave for thousands of years will not
implement the scheme and the indigenous will not be liberated.
At the same time, Dr. Ambedkar wrote one memorandum called as
"States and Minority" and get it discussed in the
parliament. In the memorandum, he also demanded the separate
settlement for the untouchables. But Nehru, Gandhi and Dr.
Rajendra Prasad straightforward refused the scheme. When the
second scheme to abolish untouchability was not accepted, Dr
Ambedkar came out with third option through constitutional
safeguards. Dr. Ambedkar was not ready to accept the
constitution unless and until the rights of untouchables are
safeguarded. Like this on 26th Jan 1950, we got constitutional
rights. But congress had not implemented the constitutional
safeguards. Because if they had implemented the scheme, then
our society could have uplifted to certain extent. Also, it
could have curtailed the production of stooges within our
society. Since our political representatives are stooges, it
becomes easy for our enemy to avoid implementing
constitutional rights. All these examples prove that the
Arya-Brahmins want to retain their supremacy. If this is so,
then how we can say that the we had become independent? Hence,
we are saying that the independence movement was not
the movement of independence but a movement of establishing
Aryan supremacy.
The OBC people had considered Gandhiji as their leader.
But Gandhiji stopped the entry of every individual OBC to
enter the constituent assembly. This resulted in getting the
reservation right to OBC to 16th November 1992. After the
Supreme Court decision, OBC got the reservation right. If
there could have even a single OBC representative in the
constituent assembly, then OBC's could have get the rights
with SC/ ST's. But the information, which SC/ST people are
having, is not available with OBC. Even today OBC's are in the
trap of Gandhiji and Congress, and they still consider
Gandhiji as their messiah.
Dr. Ambedkar tried to give constitutional safeguards to
OBC's in the
constitution but congress opposed the move. But still Dr.
Ambedkar gave constitutional safeguards to OBC's though
various articles, but still congress had not implemented these
articles and had betrayed with OBC's. Hence, Dr. Ambedkar
resigned from the law ministry. So, the Independence movement
was not the movement of liberating the indigenous but a
movement to make them slave.
