“I ask you to use your sense and analyse what is said about gods. We don’t ask you to resort to violence to punish all the believers. In all temples sculptures describe how the non-believers were killed by the so-called saints. The hindu law stipulates that all those who are not christens, Muslims etc. are Hindus. The Shastras say that except the Brahmins who form 2.75% of the population and others, who are 97.25% are all non-brahmins this as law. What is the reason for this? We are tempted to put the same question to those who find fault with us for merely reciting the “ No God” slogan.
We are a great society entitled to advance as other civilized nations in the world do. Friends told you for the eradiction of the caste system. Because of us, the Brahmins are afraid of calling us openly as shudras . In their houses they may do so using such vulgar and obsence words. We remain uncared for people claim that these are our gods. This is our religion. These are all Shastras. This is our Manu dharma shastra. If we ask these very people about what they are, they simply blink. Bramins have made them. Not only this? We simply as slaves accept all these which Brahmins thrust on as us ours. We don’t ask them why? Because of our failure to ask the Brahmins why they are thrusting them on us, they do whatever they like. We also keep quite tolerating all their acts. You must first understand what is god. You please tell us what you mean by god. If it is said a mockery? Wood, sanke lizard etc. are all gods, is it not a mockery? What is the use of your praying to god? Still you are called ‘shudras” Brahmin-prostitutes sons? Has your social degradation gone?
Friends, we require now is self-respect. Our social evils should disappear. Then we have to progress further! We only started the self respect movement. HAD THERE BEEN NO SUCH ORGANISATION, we could not have got education and other benefits, which we are now enjoying. Do you know the principles of the self respect movement?
They are five :
(1)Abolition of God,
(2)Abolition of Religion
(3) Gandhiji Should go
(4) Congress Should go !
(5) Brahmins Should Go!
We have been preaching these 5 principles from the very start.”
