Inaugurating the Second National Mulnivasi (Indigenous) Valmiki Caste liberation conference, Mr. Maulkiat Singh Bahal said that before coming to Lucknow national convention, his concept of India and our society was altogether different than what he could analyse the things after attending the national convention for 3 days. Now I am fully understood and can say strongly that there is only one organisation called as "BAMCEF" which can create the society as understood by Phuley & Ambedkar. Before the national convention in Lucknow I was associated with many political parties and their leaders. But today I find them useless and my time was wasted. But I am really happy now with the organisation BAMCEF.

For the last 25 years I am staying abroad and spreading the Ambedkarite movement. I would like to remind you that, previously the foreigners used to know only about Gandhi and Nehru as the leaders of the India. Dr. Ambedkar was not get discussed. During the birth centenary year of Dr. Ambedkar we noticed that the Ambedkarite ideology is not only suppressed in India but abroad too. This was an conspirical campaign by the Arya-Brahmins. We discussed the issue with our colleagues and organised programs on the eve of Dr. Ambedkar's view on different topics. Day by day the people residing abroad came to know about Dr. Ambedkar. They tried to read the literature. Now the people are realising that Dr. Ambedkar was the real messiah of the downtrodden Castes.

Besides these achievements we also came to know that ruling castes are doing continuous conspiracies to make us slaves and them the supreme. Hence to liberate our people, there is a need of continuous movement. To bring the social revolution, we will have to work hard within India and abroad.

When I came to Lucknow, I was given the responsibility to spread  the network of BAMCEF and Phuley-Ambedkarite movement abroad. That was a real challenge for me. Today I am glad to announce that, the seeds of this movement has already sown in the international land and very soon you will see huge tree of it and it will give the fruits of revolution. We faced lot of problems in internationalizing BAMCEF and its ideology. But now it has got momentum.

Our people had ran the movement not for themselves but for others. Arya Brahmins had made us slave for years and also unresourceful. All these factors had never made us think that besides this dirty work (Scavenging), there are so many others works which can lead to our development and be a part of mainstream of the society. After attending various conventions, programs of BAMCEF, I am of the opinion that such type of work is also needed abroad so that the Slaves their can also be awakened and will become a part and parcel of Phuley-Ambedkarite movement.

While looking back to history, I can see three revolutions and Counter-revolutions. When our fore fathers were residing on this holy land with brotherhood, the Aryan invaders came and had done the counter-revolution, and made us slave. They heaped their cullture on us. They developed the concept of "God". They had also developed the concept of nature and equated it with God. The conspiracy behind developing God was to develop insecurity feeling among us  and ultimately become Slave of Arya Brahmins.

Against this invasion the first revolution was made by "Tathagat Buddha". Buddha created a system which was having science at its base and answer to every question raised by the Four Varna System and Vedas and all.

Buddha gave the concept of, "Before nature every human is equal". Nobody is superior or inferior to others. Our people accepted this ideology and they believed that they can become self-dependant. The ideology was so strong that entire India become "Buddhist".

The second attack was by the Mughals. Due to Mughal invasion once again India become slave. Before Mughal invasion India was totally a Buddhist country and Brahmins were trying to uproot this religion. In this situation there was Mughal invasion. This invasion was beneficial to Brahmins. In collaboration with Mughals, the Brahmins destroyed Buddhism from India and established their Brahmnical system of inequality in India.

After this period there was revolution by Guru Gobind Singh and Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The movement in Punjab was lead by Guru Gobind Singh and in Maharashtra by Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The movement once again was of self dependency and developing initiativeness within our community. Before these revolutionaries, Buddha floated the principle of "Bahujan Hitay, Bahujan Sukhay" (Majority should be benefited, Majority should be in peace.) All these revolutions pave the way of self dependant movement. But once again the Brahmins succeeded in destroying these self dependant movements.

Today people of Punjab recognise Guru Gobind Singh as 'God'. Guru Gobind Singh created a strong wave of power, but the Brahmins succeeded in brahminising Guru Gobind Singh.

Speaking further Mr. Bahal said that if we have to liberate our society from these Aryan invaders then only alternative to that, is to consolidate the indigenous 85% mass under one banner. We will have to form our organisation constituting every depressed class. Dr. Ambedkar used to say that "Forget that any God or Goddess will come for your rescue and will liberate you." We will have to fight the battle on our own. by forming the organisation.

Dr. Ambedkar emphasized on "Educate, Organise and Agitate". One must be always alert about the developments in and around. We will have to learn from these developments and based on past experience we will have to awaken our society. We will have to consolidate all of the scattered people to come to power or to become policy makers. The Arya Brahmins had made our society slave by doing the brhminisation of our fore fathers. Our society is spending crores of rupees on God's & Goddesses, but not for the development of the society. We will have to stop all these foolish activities and will have to strengthen BAMCEF.

Elaborating about the overseas activities, Mr. Bahal said that there were lots of organisations abroad. Overseas congress, Communist, BJP, Bajrang Dal, Shivshena organisations are some of them. In the same fashion we were having organisations in the name of Ravidasis, Valmikis, Dr. Ambedkar. Though the riots in Gujarat clearly face-off BJP, still our people are supporting BJP abroad. Most of the money is coming from abroad for the massacre or earthquakes and the system has so developed that all the amount goes to these Brahmnical people. They utilise our money against us, but we didn't come to know.

We had realised that we should have our own self dependent organisation. And the alternative of BAMCEF is always before us. For the last 2 years, I am watching closely the activities of it & am confident that this is the only organisation which can liberate our society. After watching the Lucknow convention, when I went back to London, I tried to convince the UK people that there is one national organisation called "BAMCEF" in India, which can consolidate 4 to 5 thousand delegates for 4 days brainstorming sessions regarding the social problems of SC/ST/OBC and converted minorities. But nobody was believing me. When Meshramji visited UK, the people there, listen to his views on the Phuley-Ambedkarite movement and were fully convinced and gave their consent to spread BAMCEF network internationally. There were many counter reactions while spreading the Phuley-Ambedkarite ideology. But people get convinced. If the BAMCEF network grows successfully in abroad then we will be in a position to stop misuse of our valuable resources.

Today I am noticing that, their is knowledge, wealth, rights in our society, but still very few came forward for revolution. Tolstoy used to quote that " If five brilliant people come together, then their can be a revolution." But in our society the number is in thousands but is of no use. What is the reason behind it, needs to be analysed.

It is the policy of Brahmins that they are saying sweet things for our society, some policies (on paper) for our society and our people gets trapped in it. For the last 50 years congress had misused us. Now BJP is following the same trend. But both are framing the policy to maintain us as slave of the Brahmin master.
