BAMCEF's Jharkhand state convention was organised on 16th September 2001 at Giridih. Also Rajasthan’s Second and Andhra Pradesh's Fourth state convention was organised on 13th and 14th October 2001 at Ajmer and Vijaywada respectively. These are the states where BAMCEF's networking was not much active. Under the BAMCEF’s network plan upto 2009, these states are now started developing. This networking is playing an active role in spreading Phuley-Ambedkarite ideology. The movement can't be nationalised until organisational networking is strengthened in every nook and corner of India.

The networking plan which BAMCEF had chalked out upto 2009 and the way in which it is getting implemented will definitely bring results in coming future. The networking plan had already speed up. The results which had came forward due to this spread has motivated our moral,believe and trust. The state movement of Jharkhand, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh are examples of this. Today the network has spread up in 15 districts of Jharkhand, 22 districts of Rajasthan and 9 districts of Andhra Pradesh. Out of these districts, 9 districts of Jharkhand, 21 districts of Rajasthan and 9 districts of Andhra Pradesh participated in the respective state conventions. This clearly gives the momentum taken by organisational spread in new areas. |

Jharkhand, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh are the states where there was no ideological movement. But it get started through BAMCEF. These areas were far away from Phuley-Ambedkarite ideology, because nobody had tried to spread it in right perspective with patience, firmness, courage and honest. But BAMCEF had done the job. BAMCEF is continuously spreading the Phuley-Ambedkarite ideology. People are getting convinced and new people are coming forward to strength the roots of this ideology. |

New cadres will be developed depending on the spread of the network. In Jharkhand, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh new cadres are, getting developed to spread the Phuley-Ambedkarite ideology and also BAMCEF's network. Due to continuous rise in networking, it is becoming easy to develop cadres from each generation. These cadres are under continuous training. This will definitely help in the battle with our enemy. Due to the momentum taken by spread of BAMCEF, new cadres are getting attracted and giving their willingness to work for the organisation. This is an indication, that BAMCEF is welcomed in every nook and corner of India. |
BAMCEF's National Convention is organised in the capital city, New Delhi on16th,17th,18th and 19th December 2001. BAMCEF's networking plan is not only increasing in India but at international level too. Specifically in UK (London). This all spread in network is going to reflect in the forthcoming national convention. It is anticipated that there will be participation of more than 300 districts from all over India and around 20 delegates from international level, in this convention.
Due to rise in networking, there is continuous rise in manpower as well as economic resources, which will reflect in national convention. Above all information can be concluded with the following that the time bound and planned networking plan upto 2009 and development of media program is getting successfully implemented. In network spread the activists plays a important role alongwith newspaper(Print Media), awakening campaigns, and electronic media (casssettes). This rise in resources as well as increase in network will definitely reflect in national convention. |
