Speaking on the topic Mr. Ramdeo Vishwa Bandhu, Secretary, Ambedkar Social Institute, Giridih, said that displacement of tribals is part of aryan conspiracy. It is a historical fact that after displacing the indigenous mass, the foreigners or aryan invaders established their roots in India. Even the Europeans and England people killed the original inhibitors (Nigro) and established their rule in India, the aryan invaders displaced the original inhibitors and divided SC/ST and OBC. The refugees were made slave. Today they are called as OBC. Those shudras who refused to take protection, were made untouchable and were made to reside at the boundary of villages. The indigenous, who discarded the defeat were send to forests, and now they are called as Adivasis (Tribals). Thus they created the degraded society based on Varna system. As such Varna system is also a part of displacement. But the problem today is that the Adivasis (tribals) are not aware of their roots and further who made them to reside in forests.
In Jharkhand state all the arya brahmins are trying their best to retain their social, economical and political supremacy. They are displacing tribals and establishing themselves on the tribal land.
In 70's the brahmin contractors were supplying most of the Adivasis to Andaman Nicobar. There they were made to cut the forests and do the farming. The Jarava tribe, residing in Andaman Nicobar calls tribals in Jharkhand as "Dikku". These tribes are the displaced tribes who are surviving in semi-nude condition.
Almost 40,000 tribes of Jharkhand are residing in Delhi. Most of the tribal women’s/young ladies are doing the work of Aaya (female attendant for children) or washing the cars of higher caste people.
In Jharkhand most of the tribals are doing the work at tea farms. Before 100 years the population of tribes in Jharkhand was 71%. In 1991 it came down to 27% and in 2001, it drop down to 25%. Due to the entry of other state people into this state and displacement of tribals in Jharkhand, this drop down had occurred.
Arya brahmins had not only captured the forest wealth but had captured their civilisation too. 50 years back there was almost 61% forest in Jharkhand which has reduced to 19% as on date. The tribals had not cut the forest, because it is every thing for them. They treat it as a gift to them. Arya brahmins are responsible for reduction in forest property. They had furnished their house with this wood. When the tribal people came to know about chairs, tables, the plastics came into market and solved the furniture requirement of arya brahmins. So now they are making false slogans of "save environment" and "save forest" and others. Basically they are now trying to restrict tribals to take extra fallen wood to their home.
The present economic policy of Jharkhand is nothing but a policy of exploitation and sucking the tribals. It had the only purpose of displacement of tribals.No mega projects are needed in this state. Dams can be constructed by utilising two-three mountains. And for this no displacement is needed. But it is against the interest of arya brahmins and retaining their supremacy.
The central government’s "Tiger Project" is not for protecting the tigers but for displacing the tribals. By this the central govt. wants to give a message that forests are for tigers and not for tribals.
Recently there was inauguration of one of the "Tandwa Project" of NTPC. Tribals here were happy so that they thought of getting new jobs. But for this project no tribal will be recruited. Instead the intellectual arya brahmins from outside will get recruited. At the most the tribals will be recruited as chowkidars or servants. Their ladies will wash utensils at these arya brahmins house.
At last I will conclude with the historical fact that Adivasis (Tribals) are the original inhibitors of India. They are the indigenous mass of this country. Our enemy is targeting them as "Vanvasis", so that they will forget their original roots, their own history and all.
