Campaign
to establish competent Bahujan Samaj
|
|
To day few individuals are
competent from Mulnivasi Bahujan Samaj due to the efforts of our forefathers but
that does not mean that entire Mulnivasi Bahujan Samaj is competent. What is
competent society? A society which can solve its problems with its own
strength can at best be termed as competent society. Can we say with conviction
that Mulnivasi Bahujan Samaj is competent? We dare not. Few individuals may be.
However, if these few individuals are determined, they can work to establish a
competent society. Keeping this in mind BAMCEF had initiated a nationwide
campaign from 6.12.1978 to transform present society to a competent society.
With the fruitful efforts of last 24 years, the movement of establishing
competent society has reached to a historical turning point.

We openly admit that we are
incompetent because we have thousands of problems in social, economic,
political, cultural, religious, and educational fields. However, we are not able
to solve any of these problems. It means we are incompetent to solve any of our
problems. We openly admit it to make our self-competent. Denial of reality shall
only aggravate the situation. We have therefore designed two-point programme to
achieve our goal.

Our country is a union of 32 states and union territories. As of now there are
583 districts, 5500 Tahsils, 50000 blocks and 6,50,000 villages. Mulnivasi
Bahujans resides in these 6,50,000 villages. Out of 32 states and union
territories, we have planned to organise Mulnivasi Bahujan Samaj in 6 lacs
villages in 50000 blocks, 5000 Tahsils, 550 districts and 26 states and built
organizational network up to village level. We have decided to awaken them
through our ideology. This is our programme of geographical networking.
It may not be possible to achieve our goal mere through geographical networking.
We have therefore decided to organize Mulnivasi Bahujan Samaj through social
networking as well. Mulnivasi Bahujan Samaj is scattered in scheduled caste,
most Backward Scheduled Caste, Other Backward Caste, Most Backward Caste,
scheduled tribes and converted minority communities from amongst them. All these
components put together make Mulnivasi Bahujan Samaj. We have to awaken and
integrate them. This we term as social networking. It shall go hand in hand with
geographical networking.

Few
individual are competent through the efforts of our forefathers. If these few
individual are determined then they can make our society competent. Keeping this
in mind to achieve aforesaid objective we have decided to enlist 10000 Full Time
preachers. They will carry the message of our forefathers to 6 lacs villages and
spread the ideology of BAMCEF. This will lead us to social change and bring
about social revolution.

In
modern era, if you want to undertake successful struggles then you should have
the means to fight your enemy. In a democratic society media is the most potent
weapon for successful struggle. There are different types of Media e.g.
electronic media, print media, traditional media and vocal media. We have
decided to equip ourselves with all the four type of media. So that we should be
able to prepare our society for successful struggle.

We
are sure that for successful struggle we need to have vigilant and trained
manpower. To meet this requirement we have decided to establish human resources
and development center at Nagpur in central India. It will come into operation
from year 2004.

Mulnivasi
Bahujan Samaj is scattered in 6000 castes and is further disintegrated by the
ill design of Arya Brahmins of foreign origin and again weakened by the educated
class by forming some insignificant organisations. Thousands of such
insignificant organisations are hindrance in the establishment of powerful
organisation. It is not possible to eliminate these organizations just by
request or appeal to them. The only alternative to destroy them is to create a
strong organization having powerful magnetic effect. Magnet has propensity to
attract small pieces of iron and pieces of iron also have got tendency to get
attracted towards magnet. Pieces cannot remain isolated under the force of
magnet. They have to surrender to the force of magnet. Magnet is nothing but a
strong organization established in 6 lacs villages through its network.

Two-point
programme shall generate power, which shall be preserved, experimented, and put
to use at the appropriate time. With this, the present society shall be
transformed to competent society, which through the ideological discourses would
be able to bring about social revolution. We therefore appeal to intellectual
from amongst the Mulnivasi Bahujan Samaj to contribute with time, talent, and
money in the campaign of BAMCEF to establish a competent society.
