Concluding the delegate session Mr. Waman Meshram said that for running any movement two types of resources are needed. One is human resources and another one finance. Human resource plays the most important role. For making an organisation financial resources is not an obstacle. First willingness of the person matters.
The delegates or cadres should concentrate on making an organisation. For this they should keep following things in mind. The first and foremost thing required is that they should spread the Phuley-Ambedkarite ideology and the network in the field and not on the stage. They should go in various SC/ST/OBC areas and should convince the mass. They should restrict themselves to spread the trained ideology only and not of self. Because self ideology can create problems for themselves.
What does the word propagate mean? The word propagation states that the same thing is to be repeated twice/thrice. The same thing is to be propagated with different views. Propagation means you have to leave your area and concentrate on other areas for spreading Phuley-Ambedkarite ideology.
Third thing required in the movement is to create human resources. One should always create at least one successor behind him and the process shall be extended. We are unresourcefull. Secondly our society is scattered in 6000 castes. So the task is not as simple as it is seen.
Fourthly you will have to search for the people who can donate generously. The intellectual class is the product of the struggle done by our fore-fathers. So its duty of every employee to pay back to the society. The employee is earning every month but paying back to society once or twice in a year. People needs to be convinced that revolution can’t take place without paying anything back to the society. For every change one has to pay. Revolution will not take place free of cost. Our society usually thinks that the revolution should be their, it is the necessity of time, but Bhagat Singh should not be born in their house. Our people are of the opinion that Bhagat Singh should be born in neighbourer’s house, but I should get benefited. This physcology is of the slaves. Movement is to be run by us and not by slaves. Hence if movement has to be run then financial resources will come from the society only. Every decision will be ours. Any Atal Bihari will not decide for us.
