What are the reasons for all these mirages?

What are the sources of all these mirages?

What all that cause these blinding mirages?

Politicians officials including even doctors

Engineers administrators the civil servants

So called scientists and also academicians

Who raise false hopes receeding targets

And increasing budgetory estimates costs

Never to be fulfilled even with all powers

Hide behind differed farther target dates

Or blame all predecessors in office earlier

Are all behind the mirages in this Country!
